Blumenau

A 'German' city in the middle of Brazil. Of course, I had to check it out. After 5 hours on the bus (supposed to be 3 according to the schedule!), I finally arrived in the evening.

The next morning, I went to the 'German village' first. It was only built for tourists, so it felt quite fake, but nice.

After that, I went to the historic center. It was strange to see 'native' German architecture so far away from Germany.

I was expecting more, but I'm still glad I came here.
