Sala Maleikum,
and welcome to the land of air-conditioned bus stops.
It's finally time again, we're going on a trip, and yes, once again to Asia.
Starting from Dubai, through India, continuing to Vietnam and Myanmar.
And if you want, I'll gladly let you participate again.
As I said, first destination Dubai, and I'm excited.
On the first day, after a little hesitation, I took part in a desert safari. What can I say, I can really recommend it, cruising over the sand dunes, fun, fun, fun...
Afterwards, we went to the obligatory desert camp, well, okay, the food was pretty good, the rest is show - belly dancer and shisha smoking included. Unfortunately, the shisha was inedible, and that in Arabia, I would have expected more, but all in all, a pleasant first evening.
Second day, off to the big ones in the city, but well, as you know, everything is big here. In addition to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, we went to Emirates Mall and continued with the metro and tram. Yes, Dubai naturally needs a tram, strolling through Dubai Marina, between great skyscrapers.
Third and last day in Dubai, last day of the year 2015: spent the afternoon nicely at the creek, and relaxedly crossed it with the ferry boat.
Last highlight in the evening, the fireworks at the Burj Khalifa, which was great despite being overshadowed by a nearby hotel fire.
Afterwards, it was walking through Dubai's streets, as access to the metro was unfortunately not possible or would have meant eternal waiting, but after 8 km and 5 stations, finally...
The next day it was time to say goodbye to Dubai, flight to India.
