Huldrych Zwingli, that fits perfectly!

That was a very nice first day in Zurich! 

The youth hostel is located 5-10 minutes from Lake Zurich, from there it is 4 km to the city center. With mild weather, an extended walk was the obvious choice. I actually managed to spend more than 4 hours for these 4 km with park bench reading breaks, a supermarket stop, and taking photos. 

Wonderful! 

Then I looked for movies on the internet and when I saw the ticket prices, I immediately knew: it has to be a special movie! 🤭

They actually charged me the student discount rate for the Sabbath-Sanitator training. (How cuuuute!)

Still, at 14.86 Euros, it was the second most expensive movie ticket of my life! 

'X-men Return again... and again and again' or greasy-romantic nonsense with Schweighöfer wouldn't have been appropriate. 

It had to be a special movie night! 

Lucky me! 

It worked out! 

'Zwingli' is currently running in Switzerland! 

It is the biography of the great reformer who mainly worked in Zurich. The movie was also in Swiss German. It was exciting... great movie... it worked linguistically to some extent... 

I had already seen his monument, I stood in front of the two churches that played a major role in the movie, and on Sunday I will attend a worship service there. 

Everything somehow fits together. 😀
