I'm in the group with Barbara Lax, where Hale is also fencing. If I remember correctly, I've already fenced with Hale at the World Championships in Cairo: She runs towards you with her fencing arm retracted. Meaning that when she goes forward first, she has the right of attack and I cannot parry her blade because her arm is far behind. Then she scores a hit on me and I look old. So I should be the first to run and try to hit as much as possible. Oh dear. I really don't like this strange fencing style. I'd rather lose to Barbara, who fences beautifully.
