After spending a night in Hai Phong, we headed to the airport early in the morning, heading to Hoi An. This small town in Central Vietnam, whose Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site, is known for its famous colorful lanterns that decorate the entire city, making it a wonderful place.
For now, we rented a homestay and explored the Old Town for the next few days. Feeling a little sad about Niels' departure, I retreated a bit and let the lovebirds enjoy their last few days together.
After saying goodbye to Steffen as well, we decided to find a new place to stay, closer to the beach. Here, we are now spending our last days in Vietnam, enjoying the sun on our bellies...
