Takakkaw Falls and Emerald Lake

Oh, we left early again and were therefore the first to arrive at Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park. Due to the heavy rain and the associated amount of water, it was impressive and not idyllically trickling over the 4 designated steps. Then we went to Emerald Lakes, where we had delicious croissants or muesli for breakfast. It was constantly drizzling lightly and we only did short hikes.

We wanted to reach Hamilton Falls. On the way, we picked blueberries, freshly picked from the bush, very tasty. The waterfall, if it was one, was very natural with many tree trunks and wild growth. The children recognized it as a waterfall, so we turned back and didn't continue searching.
