K‘gari Islands

How do teenagers spend three days without network/internet? On the K‘gari Islands, it's quite simple. We had a three-day trip to the Aboriginal island of Australia. On Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 6:00 AM, we set off from Noosa. After a six-hour drive, we finally arrived and went straight to Lake Wabby. After an hour of swimming and sunbathing, we headed to the camp. After a game of volleyball, we had dinner and enjoyed marshmallows together by the campfire. The next morning, the alarm rang again at 6:00 AM. After breakfast, we went to the Champagne Pools. Then we headed to Eli Creek, a natural watercourse. We slowly floated down on rubber tires. Back at the camp, we played volleyball again and then cooked together. After dinner, we went to the beach to watch the starry sky. We even saw a few shooting stars☺️ Today, on Tuesday, the alarm went off at 5:40 AM after a long night. After a very quick breakfast, we headed to Lake Mackenzie. There was white sand and clear water everywhere. At 11:00 AM, we had to pack up to catch the ferry on time. Packing up was quick, but unfortunately, two cars got stuck right away and we missed the ferry. After a long wait, we were finally towed back to the mainland. After changing cars three times and a long drive, we were finally back in Noosa. No one missed their phone during these three days, and we had a great time together. We even met a Swiss person. After little sleep, we are going to bed a bit earlier tonight and see what tomorrow brings.
