25.05.17: Day 2 in Kyoto

Cloudy, later sunny, 24 degrees, subtropical

Today, the focus was on hiking to the temple complex Kyomizu-dera in the hilly forests near Kyoto. Another special and memorable experience was the encounter and conversation with an old lady, 86 years old, in Kyoto, who has been running her business for 64 years, including rice crackers and manually made candies (20 Kg).
