The next morning we drove through the gorge again and enjoyed a delicious Berber omelette. The journey took us even higher up to a beautiful lake. Unfortunately, while searching for the perfect place to sleep, the camper sank in the mud. The rescue operation took several hours, but with the help of two locals, it was finally successful. The two invited us to their home, where we met their family and gained an insight into the living conditions of the locals. In the evening we enjoyed the wonderful view and the high fire over dinner until it was time for bed.
