Schon wieder Cancún

Four days ago I arrived back in Cancun, I got my swimsuit back and was able to enjoy the great hostel.

On the first evening, I played some card games with a group, it was a fun night and in the end, I was able to have a few hours of conversation with a Dutch guy.

On the second day, I went to the beach and in the evening, I got a new roommate, Martin from Bavaria, with whom I had a beer after dinner. I have to admit, sometimes it's difficult to understand his dialect.

On the next day, we had breakfast and lunch together, and then he headed to Tulum. I spent the day by the pool, reading and swimming. In the evening, at the salsa class, I met Eric from the States, with whom I made plans to visit Isla Mujeres the next day.

Unfortunately, the island doesn't offer much more than beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. In the sea, I was chased by 2 fish, they were circling around me and biting me. They didn't want to leave me alone and I couldn't get rid of them until I left the water. After a late lunch, we left the island by ferry.

In the evening, I spent time with a German girl who is also traveling alone but is struggling with it and is already returning to Germany after a month.

Today, my journey continues to Tulum, where more ruins and cenotes await me. I've seen enough of that, so I only have Bacalar left before heading to Belize.
