Today we're eating here because Piu knows a good place and everyone can choose something delicious to eat. For the papaya salad, the ingredients like green unripe papaya, snake beans, carrots, chili, are put into a large mortar and then crushed with a wooden pestle and seasoned with fish sauce. We enjoyed it and we're heading to the pier. Our boat is there and we're going back in the sunshine.
