Hollywood & a glimpse of L.A.

Before continuing to San Francisco, Hollywood with the Walk of Fame was definitely on my agenda.

I had parked the rental car directly in a parking lot below Hollywood Boulevard. So I went down from the parking lot and took a look around. Up the street, down the street... Where do I have to go to the Walk of Fame? And when my eyes fell on the ground, I realized, that I'm already standing on it :-)

Since it was still quite early in the morning (not even 9 o'clock yet), there was very little going on and I could take a look at the stars and take photos in peace.

You can guess three times, which star I was specifically looking for :-)

And Superman was already in action at this time... ;-)

Afterwards, I definitely wanted to go back up to the Griffith Observatory to get a good view of the Hollywood Sign and all of L.A..

And then it was time to head towards the airport. Return the rental car, check-in...

In the morning, I still had good luck with the weather. As the plane took off towards San Francisco, it was raining goodbye rain in Los Angeles.

Bye, bye, Hollywood Hills...!
