Bondi Beach

To not miss out on the allegedly most beautiful beach in the world, we went to Bondi Beach today. Just before we arrived, it started raining... actually, it wasn't bad that it rained because there were naturally fewer people on the beach. It was also unbelievable that it rained so heavily, as it was 39 degrees and pure sunshine with no clouds in the sky at noon.

When we arrived at Bondi Beach, we have to say that we have seen much more beautiful beaches and were a bit disappointed. Sure, the beach itself is nice, but if you have been following our blog, you will also think that we have seen more beautiful ones. On the side of the beach, all the sewage flows into the sea and you can observe it very well because the path to the Bondi Beach Pool passes by here.

We heard from Australians that yesterday Samu Haber from Sunrise Avenue was at the beach, and today Oliver Pocher and his girlfriend. Well, you can't always be lucky. The sun couldn't fully break through and it became stormy and uncomfortable after a while. But that wasn't bad at all because we could watch the surfers very well.

All in all, it was a very nice day and we can at least say that we have been to Bondi Beach and put our feet in the water :-D. That's enough for us. Tomorrow we will go to the so-called 'Mega Mall', which consists of two buildings and each has 4 floors. In the evening, we will leave Sydney again and head towards Blue Mountains National Park. In conclusion, we can say that we liked Sydney the best so far. The atmosphere reminds us of a mix of Berlin and Hamburg, we felt very comfortable and it really wasn't as crowded as they always say. (maybe we just had a good day)
