Today we took a trip to Liverpool. After two hours of lessons at the school, we were picked up by the specially organized coach, so we could embark on the 1.5-hour journey. Upon arrival in Liverpool, we went to the world's first SLAVERY MUSEUM. An organized museum rally made time fly by. A great museum that is well worth a visit when visiting Liverpool.
After the museum, there was time to explore the city on our own: lunch, shopping, tea time - there were no limits to personal preferences.
With shopping bags in hand, we then made our way back to Lancaster in the late afternoon, where preparations for the "school's party" were already in full swing. From 5:30 pm, it was time to "Get the party started"! Our exchange students had organized a great buffet, so we could start the evening of the party well-fed after the long day: there was dancing, laughing, singing, and even more dancing. A successful event for everyone!
Tomorrow we will continue with the great program 🙃
