We are here!! ☀️ 🌴

After Mick and I spent a night in San Francisco, we continued to Kona, Hawaii early this morning. The flight lasted another 5 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, the plane did not have an onboard entertainment program :-(

Now we are sitting outside at 8 pm in 26 degrees at the ironman welcome banquet hosted by the organizer. There is a delicious buffet and a Hawaiian show.
Coincidentally, we ran into Andreas Raelert. He is a professional and took a photo with Mick 🙂
Tomorrow, Martin will do the bike check-in and a final swim.
I plan to take Mick to a flea market that I discovered last year. It's about 30 - 40 minutes away from our location. If I still have time, I would also like to visit a macadamia nut plantation. I will report back 🙂
