Update Departure/Arrival

The flight itself went smoothly. However, the arrival in New York was a bit chaotic. We had to wait for about 1.5 hours before we were finally allowed to go to the customs counter for entry. My parents were glad that I played the role of interpreter because they wouldn't have understood much otherwise. The next difficulty was finding our suitcases: there were 5 baggage carousels in New York and unfortunately, none of them were labeled, so the search for our suitcases took some time. Oh, and then there was a minor communication problem with our pick-up service, so we didn't arrive at our accommodation until 4:30 pm.
