Arrival in India

Thankfully, my flight had no delay, immigration check went smoothly, and then it was all about WAITING - 10 hours.

Because Nadia - a student from Spain, who is also doing her semester abroad in New Delhi, landed 10 hours after me. We had previously agreed to wait for each other and start the journey to the city together :D.

After being on our feet for over 24 hours, I was really relieved to see on the display that her flight had finally arrived.

What can I say - she is super sweet and we got along really well right from the start, which also helps to alleviate some of my fears, as we are now looking for an apartment together and I know I'm not alone.

Our hotel is also really good - clean, friendly staff, only the location is somewhat 'dangerous' but we don't need to walk around here and especially not after dark :-)

Since we arrived at the hotel quite late yesterday and were simply too tired to look for something to eat - we had dinner at the hotel's own restaurant, which is really good :-)
