Rincon de la Vieja

Today we are looking back on a very cozy and animal-rich day. In the area of the volcano we saw capuchin monkeys, numerous birds, an agouti, a boa constrictor and much more. After a circular hike to the sulfur pools, mud holes and boiling springs, we ended the day in the hot springs at the Rio Negro.

Now there is already a scent coming from the kitchen. Here all guests come together at one table (about 20) and are cooked deliciously by two women.
