It finally starts

Getting up at four o'clock is hard, but you gladly do it for the long-awaited summer vacation. The flight started late, but overall everything went smoothly.

Then picking up the car. Of course, the Avis guy tries to sell all kinds of additional insurances including a larger car for only 1300 euros more. Twice as much as the flight and rental car cost..

The car turned out to be much smaller than indicated in the booking. And it smelled like smoke. The woman at the return counter confirmed it. So we went back to the counter and as compensation, we got a larger car. Almost brand-new Peugeot 308 with navigation. That's better ;-)
