Bye Bye Raglan

Today, unfortunately, I have to leave Raglan because I couldn't find any other accommodation. I had a lot of fun kitesurfing and I will buy my own equipment in Auckland within the next 2 weeks and then start kiting without a teacher as soon as possible. Raglan is and will remain a beautiful town. I was at the beach every day, including today for surfing.

I spent New Year's Eve alone because I still haven't met anyone. I even considered going to bed early, but then I watched the fireworks. In New Zealand, private fireworks are banned, which is why the city organized a fireworks display at the beach. It was definitely worth staying awake as the fireworks were impressive. My New Year's resolutions? I want to participate in a half-distance triathlon, reach 80 kg, and secure a place at a university.
