Saturday, half past nine in Montreal, Jacob and I are watching live Bundesliga again. And this time J. was in a good mood afterwards, as his team HVV won again. Then the top match; FCB-BVB. Let's not talk about it, well-deserved victory for the North Tyroleans.
So everyone on board, the next destination is the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve - the Formula 1 track from the Canadian Grand Prix, which also takes place in June with Vettel & Co. We actually made it to the original track and were able to drive on it. Top speed?
30 km/h, that was the limit.
But at least the weather was good again - blue sky, temperatures around 10 degrees.
Then we went hungry into the downtown area. Personally, in terms of skyline, downtown, location, etc., I liked Toronto much better. It was somehow cooler, more appealing, more special.
But: we found a cool restaurant, the Biermarkt. And there was a highlight on the menu that I had to try! A Wagyu Kobe Burger! Wow, amazing, delicious, see for yourself.
Announcement for the next blog: be sure to watch the videos. Jacob at his best!
And Jan-Jan even imitates him!
