Today, the biggest challenge was the climb to Vilar do Colo, which is located at 150 meters.

Beautiful stops along the way offered us possible refreshments. The generosity and kindness of the local people were truly heartwarming!

After 15 km, we arrived in the beautiful town of Pontedeume with the Eume Bridge, (At the end of the 14th century, Fernán Pérez de Andrade commissioned the construction of a stone bridge. This bridge had 78 arches and two towers), where we admired the Gothic church Iglesia de Santiago and explored the legacy of the Andrade family. A visit to the Torreon dos Andrade (tower) was a must. This tower is the only remnant of the Pazo do Condo from the 15th century.
