Finally - schools are starting with face-to-face teaching again

It's hard to believe: there has been no face-to-face teaching in the Philippines for 2 1/2 years. Now, at the end of August, the children are back together in the classroom. For now, in Calaanan, it's 3 and 2 days per week, and for the remaining days there are modular assignments as before. But we are happy with little, because there were also reports that they wanted to wait until September or October to start school, so that the teachers could have more time to rest!

It's the beginning of September and we are preparing for our trip to the Philippines: the flight is booked, the visa is applied for, and I (Franca) will have my 2nd booster tomorrow. More information will follow here :-)
