Day 18: Dubrovnik

On the way to Dubrovnik, there are a few things to do along the way. Stop No. 1 is Decathlon Split for climbing equipment. Refilling water and grocery shopping are No. 2 and 3. Of course, there is still time for a nap, even on the road or especially then.

I will keep the rest short for today, as there is a visit coming...

But what I want to mention is the once again beautiful landscape that impressed me today. The route was surprisingly hilly, but at the same time along the sea. The sea was visible almost continuously during the 222 km. The view of the steep, rugged cliffs that dropped almost straight down to the sea was spectacular. Of course, there were also islands to see, as well as small towns and villages.
