The Andes pass us by, once again we see the Uyuni Salt Flats - this time from a bird's eye view. Otherwise, a few settlements and facilities here and there. We arrive in Santiago at 28 degrees and easily get Chilean SIM cards. Then we enter a cloudy landscape and experience some turbulence on the way to Puerto Montt. We pick up a rental car and easily find our wonderful accommodation in a region that strongly reminds us of the Lüneburg Heath. Finally, fresh air at a sea level that we have longed for. Bolivia has pleasantly surprised us. Gaby says about La Paz: "A city with many faces".
