From Auckland we flew for 2 hours 40 minutes to Nadi in Fiji. Fiji Airways is quite cramped, we have never been so cramped before. The climate (around 30 degrees and high humidity) overwhelms you at first. But the locals have adapted to the climate, everyone moves a bit slower, no rush.
We spent the first night at the 'Novotel' in Nadi. The place has seen better days, but it's okay for one night.
