City trip Dresden

After extensive research, it was clear what we had to see in Dresden.

The classics, such as Zwinger, Frauenkirche and Semperoper were a must. My son insisted on visiting the Military History Museum, and I had read that the Standseilbahn, Neustadt, and Dresden Zoo were all worth seeing.

We had four days, would we be able to see everything?

Actually, we managed to see everything. The main sights of Dresden are very close to each other and can be done in half a day. Of course, only if you don't visit one of the many museums, such as the one in Zwinger.

So we had enough time for all our other plans.

Four days are enough to get a brief overview, but certainly not enough to see everything that Dresden has to offer.
