2nd Day Garmisch from above for the first time - Elisabeth Baka

Today was our first day at ski school. After a very appetizing breakfast, we took the bus for just a few minutes to the ski area. But before hitting the slopes, we did some warm-up exercises that led to a lot of laughter. Then we went to group allocation, and after the first, slightly wobbly descents, the ski area around the Zugspitze was explored individually in four different ski groups.
In the afternoon, back in the valley, everyone washed off the sunny and tiring ski day for the first time. Then everyone gathered for dinner. The eventful day ended with a meeting in the seminar room, where the team leader introduced us to the most important slope and descent rules.
So our first real ski day came to an end, and we are looking forward to the other great prospects that the days will bring.
