Always trouble with Hermes

Sh** Start !!! I had booked a time window with HERMES for last night. My suitcase was supposed to be picked up between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. According to my neighbors, the HERMES guy was already here around 5:00 p.m. and rang the bell like crazy. I wasn't there yet and he went away and didn't come back. Yesterday and this morning I had phone calls with HERMES. 'We're sorry', 'something like this has never happened before', blah blah. I hired HERMES again. Now the suitcase should be picked up tomorrow between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. It will only arrive on the island on Saturday.
