Always trouble with Hermes

Shitty start !!! I booked a time window with HERMES for yesterday evening. My suitcase was supposed to be picked up between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. According to the neighbors, the HERMES guy was already here around 5:00 p.m. and rang the bell like crazy. I was not there yet and he left and did not come back. Yesterday and this morning I had phone calls with HERMES. 'We're sorry', 'something like this has never happened before', blah blah. HERMES ordered again. Now the suitcase is supposed to be picked up tomorrow between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. It will only arrive on the island on Saturday.
