An experience and a journey that shows your physical and mental limits. Overcoming them provides an incomparable feeling and all of this in a breathtaking landscape with incredibly lovable people. The danger of altitude sickness should not be taken lightly. Drink enough every day and do not allow too large altitude changes, to give your body enough time to acclimatize. Time was a crucial factor on my hike. Enjoying the luxury of staying at places and changing plans allows for a unique experience. This way, I didn't collapse into bed completely exhausted every day, but instead had great days with locals and fellow travelers. Conclusion Nepal: a country that captivates and is deeply loved by the local people. Tourists who want to share these impressions are warmly welcomed and cared for with love. I have learned so much about the culture and way of life of the Nepalese people and I am sure that another visit will not be far away for me. However, with reduced altitude ;)
