Getting from Kos to Asklepion is not that difficult, but you have to bear the following in mind. We took the city bus no. 3, which left the port of Kos at 10:45 a.m. The round trip costs 2.60 euros per person. However, the timetable is completely in Greek. It is difficult to understand this timetable at all. Entry to Asklepion costs 8.00 euros per person, which I personally think is too much. After lots of photos and climbing stairs, we were through in about 45 minutes. According to the plan, we thought the bus would come at 11:45 a.m. After asking around, we now knew that the next bus would not come until 12:40 p.m. Since we would not have caught our bus to Marmari at 1 p.m. and the next bus does not leave until 3 p.m., we took a taxi 🚕 from Asklepion to Marmari and back to our hotel for 25 euros.
