Sweden, here we come!

Yippee, we're finally starting! After contemplating whether to go to Bavaria or Sweden for the past few weeks (yes, very different destinations, I know: 🥨🍻 vs. 🐟🇸🇪), the weather app ultimately made the decision. It's supposed to be beautiful in Sweden, while rain is forecasted for Bavaria - let's hope it stays that way and not the other way around 🤭

Fortunately, both of us got the day off for the long weekend, so we can be on the road for 18 days 🙃. The plan is to explore southern Sweden, along the archipelago coast between Malmö and Stockholm, and then return through the inland past the big lakes.

The morning was busy as usual, packing everything, handing over our house to the housesitter, and putting the cats in the motorhome - and off we go!

Surprisingly, there was hardly any traffic, so now we're comfortably sitting in Flensburg in the motorhome, enjoying our first day of vacation. Tomorrow, we'll continue through Denmark, across the Storebælt and Øresund bridges to Malmö 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪
