The journey from Taichung to Jiji, a charming hotel, and a collapsed temple
Besides transferring once, I also had to use rail replacement services. A fellow traveler took me “by the hand”, so I eventually arrived in Jiji.
Here, not only do I have a charming room, but there are also snacks and free bicycles for guests.
During an earthquake, the lower floor of the Wuchang Temple collapsed. A double was simply built in front of it, concealing the old one.
