Peru - Day 1: Lima

Having landed on time in Lima, we had breakfast at the hotel and dove into the happenings. A short walk in Miraflores led us past a market by a construction site (two people working, 20 standing around) to Kennedy Park, which could also be called Cat Park. The photo shows one of the 'cat houses.' While Miraflores was found to be quite pleasant, the neighborhood of Barranco completely convinced us. There, you can find a diverse range of wall murals/art, cafes, galleries, and small shops (often combined in one location).
