First of all, I'm feeling better now. I don't know what happened to me yesterday. This morning, everything was gray again. But by noon, it became sunny again. My daily routine was the usual. At 11 o'clock, I went shopping and then I made a Swabian potato salad again. I have to say it tastes really really good. Today was Leif's farewell barbecue at the beach. That's why I needed the potato salad. We also had chicken wings and a type of grilled sausage. It doesn't taste like anything. But with the Norwegians, there is no barbecue without this sausage. I have the feeling that there is no celebration without this sausage either. The kids even went into the water. You have to know that the fjords here reach a maximum temperature of 18 degrees. I assume that right now it may be around 14 or 15 degrees. When we were in the mountains for a week last Sunday, there was still quite a bit of snow. Antonia actually went swimming in a lake. She took off her clothes and went into the water for a short time. This family is really tough.
In any case, it was a nice party tonight. By the way, tomorrow I'm going to bake a pizza. Made from real yeast dough, homemade without a Thermomix. It will be the first time for me, but I also made Swabian potato salad for the first time. I will report back tomorrow.
