Hue 21.11 - 23.11

We have arrived in central Vietnam.

Since 1993, Hue has been listed as a World Heritage Site. Hue was once the capital of Vietnam.

We visited the Citadel with the Imperial Palace and various imperial tombs scattered around, or simply strolled along the Perfume River.

It's rainy season in central Vietnam, so of course our day was rainy as well 😊

We waited until noon, but the weather didn't improve.

So we put on our rain jackets, grabbed our umbrellas, and went out.

And I bought a beautifully painted rice hat from an old lady, I've been carrying it with me the whole time and hoping to bring it home alive 😅
