We woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning. Shortly after, we went to the water taxi at around 9 o'clock, which took us to Bark Bay. It was quite funny because the water level was so low in the morning that there was no water at the dock. So we had to walk onto the boat on the trailer, and then they used a tractor to take us into the water. After a bumpy ride with a short detour to Split Apple Rock, we started our 4-hour hike in Bark Bay in Abel Tasman National Park. The weather wasn't good - it was lightly drizzling and cloudy. But despite that, we still enjoyed the beautiful beaches and rainforest scenery on our hike. It was a really beautiful hike. We walked all the way to Anchorage Bay (where we saw some wild seals) and then we were picked up again by the water taxi. When we got back to the camper, we drove to Nelson City to have a coffee and do some shopping, and then we went to a free camping site just outside Rai Valley. Unfortunately, it was still raining a little bit.
