As in every country so far, we had to show a return or onward flight upon arrival in Costa Rica and at that time we had not yet planned our route, we are now taking a 6-hour bus ride back to San Jose to fly from there to Panama tomorrow!
Although it is inconvenient since we were already near Panama in Manzanillo, it is not a problem at all and we enjoy the beautiful scenery...
We spend our last day in Costa Rica very relaxed in the garden!
After catching about 40 mosquitoes in the room, we sit in the sun for the rest of the day and the next morning,
we swim in the pool,
and enjoy the great view!
Visual entertainment (and incredible noise, incredible how loud he can scream) is also provided!
It's crazy when you think that we recently wondered if 7 weeks in Costa Rica might be too long - how quickly can 7 weeks pass??
Thank you very much Costa Rica, it was an exciting and beautiful time!
Finally:
Conclusion Costa Rica Katha: 'Those were 7 weeks that passed in a haze. The country is incredibly diverse, there is so much to see and we had a great time! People were all very nice to us, although unfortunately we rarely had conversations like in other countries despite our acquired knowledge of Spanish! The country is beautiful, 7 weeks is by no means too long and if it hadn't rained so much, everything would have been perfect! Muchas gracias por todo, Costa Rica!
Conclusion Costa Rica Ronny: 'Well, here's my conclusion about Costa Rica. 7 weeks already gone? Unbelievable. We traveled all over the country, from La Fortuna and Monteverde down to the Pacific coast and then back up the whole Caribbean coast. Very green, very relaxed, and beautiful. We didn't talk much with the locals, maybe because of the language barrier. But the first 7 weeks of intensive Spanish courses will be continued and we will stick with it. All in all, it was a nice time, and the 7 weeks flew by. Muchas gracias!
