Day 2 - Förmitz to Berlin

Wotae: 16.08.2016

7:33 am - Waking up is torture. I probably slept for no more than two hours straight, constantly interrupted by annoying mosquitoes and moonlight. The seats folded back couldn't be compared to a luxury bed either. Since I couldn't even stretch my legs for fear of honking the horn, I decided to only sleep in the car in case of absolute emergency.

After a jog, we hopped on our longboards for the first time, which we modified a bit.

Afterwards, we took a quick dip in the water and headed straight to Berlin after breakfast.

On the way, we used our phone to find a place to stay for two nights in Berlin. Found it and quickly made a decision - it should be an apartment. This apartment, which we hadn't looked at closely before, was located in the oldest district of the Berlin neighborhood of Spandau, called Kolk. We found the key in the safe next to the door after we had contacted the landlord using a phone number. Once we arrived at the apartment (of course on the top floor), we entered a - to put it in modern terms - apartment inspired by Russian brothels. We thought it was fantastic.
