Mountains

After packing up early due to the heat, we continued on to the mountains. We drove through a relatively flat area because we stayed in Invidia the past few days. We wanted to go to the highest mountain in the Romans, Mount Japan James. However, on the way there, we thought it would be nicer to stop and swim in a lake first. So we changed our route and started driving. When we left the main road, we continued on a gravel path. That was nothing unusual. But after half an hour, when no lake appeared, we asked at a campsite. They told us that we were almost right, but the lake was actually about 100 meters down the gorge next to us. To get there, we just had to go back for another half an hour. Since it was already late and we were tired, we decided to stay there. The night on the high plateau was very pleasant. The temperatures were mild and the view stunning.
