On the Road again

We are on the road again - finally!

This time it's just Goran and me. The Punkties stayed at home. It feels strange to be in the car without the kids... but this time it can't be helped. And it's nice to only have to take care of ourselves for a change.

Our first stop is the Munich area and tomorrow we're heading to the Middle Kingdom!!!

So today we had to get up early, check in online and pack our bags. Wait, you don't do that on the day of departure??? But everything gets wrinkled if it's packed for days in the suitcase!!!

No, seriously. It was, as it always is with us: too much to do and everything at the last minute.

But since 11 o'clock, when we got into the car, we're on vacation. We're completely relaxed, apart from the increased heartbeat and panic-stricken eyes that you forgot something in the rush.

The weather is in our favor... when angels travel... and we're making good progress.

The snow cannons are already in use at Flachauwinkel. It feels a bit strange, after all, we were still sitting at the beach in short sleeves yesterday.

Shortly after 5 p.m. we reached our intermediate destination near Munich, where we were greeted very nicely and will spend the night before we 'take off' tomorrow.

We hope that despite the 'Big firewall' in China, we can publish our travel blog online to let all interested friends and guests experience our adventure 'The Magic of China'.

You (and we) can be curious if we will read each other again tomorrow!
