Namaste,
one last time I woke up on a train of the Indian Railways and one last time today I plunged into the chaos of Indian cities. And the latter naturally made a big effort to let me leave the country with at least a slightly injured ear.
Kolkata, the old Indian capital under English rule, is really beautiful. I can't find many words now, I prefer to let the pictures speak.
My path led me across the city, starting at Victoria Memorial, through St. Paul's Cathedral, to Kalighat Temple (where I received my last blessing) by metro (built by the Russians in 1984) and, as always, a lot of walking through very interesting streets.
So now I spend my last 2 hours here at Kolkata International Airport, waiting for my flight to Bangkok.
I say thank you India for your warmth, your loveable and helpful people, also your scammers that always cross my path, and simply thank you for the last almost 4 weeks.
Thank You, Nice to meet you... I will coming Back !!! ;-)
Namastar.
