Squid & Chorizo
After a hiking day in Abel Tasman National Park (report coming soon), I decided to visit the wineries in the hills this time. Moutere Hills Vinyard also had a restaurant. I was hungry! So I quickly finished the wine tasting and then went to the beautiful garden to order something to eat.
Spontaneously, I picked the Squid with Chorizo. That's what I ordered.
A very interesting and tasty combination. It was rounded off with a light lime mayo.
It was delicious once again.
