The natural highlights were yesterday. Since these cannot be topped on the island, there was a contrast program. KI promotes its regional specialties everywhere and we wanted to convince ourselves of that. And indeed, there are some nice 'shops'. Most of them are hidden somewhere in the middle of nowhere, often only accessible on a gravel road, and they resemble more a warehouse or a wooden shed. But as they say, it's all about what comes out. And that was good. So we visited two wineries (the wine is not as good as in Barossa, but the locations are sensational), a microbrewery (good beer, cool in a corrugated iron hall), a gin distillery (a gin and tonic always works) and a sheep farm with cheese production (with a demonstration of a sheep milking carousel) and of course, we tried everything.
Oh yes, a sudden drop in temperature: Yesterday 38, today 24 degrees. It feels cold....
PS: There will probably be no current updates for the next 4 days. The accommodations apparently do not have WiFi.
