Khao Sok National Park

And here I am again, on the ferry again. ⛴

The past few days, Kim and I have been in the national park. Unfortunately, it rained a tiny bit most of the time. So much so that we were soaked to the underwear in just 2 seconds. 😅

Nevertheless, we still had a beautiful day trip on the lake and enjoyed the tranquility. We also met two nice girls (Louisa and Toni). 🙂

We also went kayaking on the lake and luckily only got a little wet.

Yesterday, our plan was to hike to the waterfalls in the national park, but unfortunately, the rain ruined it and we only took a short walk in the park. It may have been a little bit illegal because we didn't pay the 300 baht entrance fee, which is considered a crime there. 😅 We were also too paranoid about getting caught and turned back at some point (the weather was also to blame).

Unfortunately, Kim and I had to say goodbye today as she is flying back to Bangkok and then home the day after tomorrow. So last night, we had a nice dinner and enjoyed a cozy evening together.

It's lunchtime for me now, and I'm sitting at the pier on Koh Phangan waiting for my connecting ferry to return to Koh Tao for the next 4 nights. 😍

I just met a cool New Zealander on the ferry who will be staying on Phangan for 2 nights. Who knows, maybe we'll see each other again on Koh Tao! 🤗

I'm so excited to be on the island! Tonight, I'll probably go out and party with friends for the first time! 😄
