Back home! (11.11.)

Finally, we have completed the return journey and arrived back home safely. In total, we were on the road for over 32 hours! We even started a stopwatch when we got on the bus in Tokushima and only stopped it when we got off the train in Osnabrück. The journey home was really exhausting and long!
Although it's nice to be back in our homeland, we are still sad that we had to leave again so soon. We wouldn't have minded staying a little longer. We enjoyed our trip to Tokushima so much that we would love to visit Japan again. We had the opportunity to gain valuable experiences and learn about the country, the people, and the culture. I can't put into words the diverse impressions and unforgettable experiences we had in this foreign country. The trip broadened our horizons and gave us a new perspective on our own culture and homeland. Even though we were only away for a week, we experienced and learned so much.
At the same time, we had a lot of fun and laughed a lot together! It couldn't have been better! We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks once again to Mr. Wiehe and Mrs. Hamel. This special trip will stay in our memories for a long time.
