Basel - Paris - London

We arrived in London last night. Although the TGV Basel-Paris is fast, the seats were not very comfortable. In Paris, we had to transfer from Gare de Lyon to Gare du Nord. This allowed us to experience some of the Olympic hype. At Gare du Nord, we were checked twice and our luggage was screened. The Eurostar to London was pleasant, and there was also a nice dinner. Today, we will check out London a bit more. Tomorrow, we head to Dover, to our ship.
