Drive to Las Vegas

Today we say goodbye to nature and head towards Las Vegas. The travel time is given to us as 3.5 hours, but based on experience we plan it to be 4 hours as the large camper isn't quite as comfortable to drive. The route through ARIZONA again took us through very impressive landscapes before we reached the desert of NEVADA.

According to plan and well estimated, we reached our campground at Boulder Beach with a direct view of the lake, where we will spend the next 3 days. In contrast to previous days, today we needed the air conditioning instead of the heater because the nighttime temperatures changed from 7 degrees at the Grand Canyon to 27 degrees here in Vegas. 🫠
