Today is another day of driving. Initially, we drove along the coast for a while, and let me tell you, it's bustling here. I can imagine that it used to be beautiful years ago, but tourism also has its negative sides.
Today, we drove through the Logara Pass. There are some nice views of the sea, but it's also very crowded here. So far, the road conditions have been good, but the traffic is quite chaotic. Overtaking is done with the motto: the oncoming vehicle will brake. Overtaking maneuvers in the most inappropriate places are normal. But different countries, different customs. You have to drive with absolute concentration, because occasionally cows, donkeys, goats, or similar animals cross the road.
Today's overnight spot is a very basic campsite. It's a meadow with a bar in front. That means 2 tables with chairs and grandma and grandpa sitting here, welcoming the arriving guests in Albanian.
We choose a spot and after about 15 minutes, the granddaughter comes and warmly welcomes us in English. When I ask her where to buy bread, she immediately brings us a few slices. This is a gift, a warm welcome. Very nice. Thank you.
